Stratos provides a distinctive and adaptable benefits package, the IBA (Individual Benefit Account). The IBA allows each employee to determine the set of benefits that suits his or her needs. Each employee’s IBA is equivalent to 50% of their compensation rate. That is, the effective dollar amount of this accrual is in addition to an employee’s salary.

Time-Off Holidays, vacations, sick time, and training are bundled into a single 220-hour annual leave bucket (~5 weeks), calculated as the difference between the total working hours in a year (2080 hours) and the total contracted hours (1860 hours). Vacation must be used within each calendar year. Employees are consistently paid for 155 hours of work per month, regardless of whether any time off is taken.
