  • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) – which allows us to be 100% employee-owned (we will reach 100% in March 2023)! 
  • Stratos matching retirement contribution: 25% of your compensation (in addition to your salary) split between traditional 401k plans and ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) 
  • Individual Benefits Account (IBA): 25% Stratos contribution (in addition to your salary) - Tax-exempt payments can be made from your IBA account to purchase health insurance packages and submit medical reimbursement– similar to HAS/FSAs
